1/A vinegar gargle

The recipe: in a saucepan, pour half a cup of water and 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar. Add a pinch of salt. Reheat over medium heat, allow to cool, and use this preparation as a gargle several times a day.
2/Honey, cider vinegar, and lemon syrup
Perfect for: Clearing the throat
The recipe: mix 2 tablespoons of honey, the juice of one lemon and one tablespoon of cider vinegar. Take up to 3 tablespoons during the day.
3/An herbal tea with honey and lemon

The recipe: chop white onion and spread it in a thin layer on a compress. Place the compress directly on the neck or chest and leave for 30 minutes.
6/A thyme syrup
Perfect for: relieving cough caused by bronchitis
The recipe: in a cup of boiling water, infuse 4 sprigs of thyme for one hour. Filter and add the same amount of sugar. In a saucepan, cook the preparation over low heat for one hour. Take 2 tablespoons per day.
