9. Coconut oil
Coconut oil seems to have an endless list of uses, and spider repellent has made it on the list. Mix one part of coconut oil with two parts of water. Then simply spray it on the entrances to your home.
10. Onions
We all know how sensitive the senses are to onions, so imagine what they would do to a spider. Slice a few onions and place them in a bowl of water. Then place the bowl near where you saw the spiders, and it will chase them away.
11. Turmeric
This spice makes a fantastic spider repellent. Put a little water in two tablespoons of turmeric, and mix to form a paste. Then dip cotton balls in the paste and place them around your house. Make sure you never put the paste directly on furniture or walls – it will stain.
